You have no idea how much that PM freaked me out, I'd just watched a really freaky episode of Doctor Who and then logged on, I refreshed the message and it linked me to that post. That's a great idea. Like others though want to nominate people but don't know their address. Does that really matter though? I mean could you still enter them into the raffle and if the get something find out there address them?? Hope that makes sense x
A few points arising out of the posts above, to help clarify things further:
1. If you want to contribute to the postage fund then of course you can send money in the post. Address it to RYL Christmas Giveaway and then the address given in the Shop for placing orders. There is no set amount for contributions, it's entirely up to you - and don't beggar yourself in the run-up to Christmas. Late contributions will be just as welcome.
2. If you want to contribute a prize to be included in the raffle then of course you can, and we'll be delighted. But it must be here (RYL Shop address) by not later than midday Monday 8th December. Remember we've got to get everything posted worldwide in time for Christmas and the elves will be working flat out (guess who ends up as the head elf!)
3. If you're nominating someone and you don't have their email address, just use your own. But if you don't have their postal address please find it out, by PMing them if necessary. We'll have more than enough to do getting the prizes out without having to scratch around for perhaps a couple of dozen addresses to send to.
Hope all this helps. The response so far has been heartwarming ...
