Widthdawl... what do I do?
I have recently been told by my mother that I need to get of my anitdepressants becasue they give me so many headaches and bouts of times when I want to throw up. I have been on it since August. I have to talk to my counsilor about it and either be taken off the stuff or go on something else. Its been about 12 hours since I have been off of it and I just feel kinda mentally winded. What can I expect that will happen when I go through the withdrawl? I am kinda scared about it...

Wait, this sounds very rash! Unless your mom is a)a doctor, and b)*your* doctor, which would be unethical-- she shouldn't be taking you off your meds.
If you've been having bad side effects with your ad, you can (and should) talk to your doctor/prescriber about this. There are lots of different anti-depressants out there, and they will work with you until they find one that works and that doesn't give you really bad side effects. But they do it carefully-- generally tapering off one med, while slowly introducing another, and all the while monitoring you very carefully to keep an eye on both physical and mental side effects.
Please don't go off your meds cold turkey! Depending on the medicine and on your particular reaction to it, you can get very sick and feel awful. Please, talk to your doctor about what's going on. They deal with this stuff a lot and certainly ought to be willing to work with you. But I bet you were prescribed the medicine for a reason, so just stopping it isn't a good idea.
Take care.

Yes It was perscribed by a psychotherapist and I will talk to my mother about going cold turkey and stuff. I will talk to my counsilor as well to be sure that this is actually the med or perhaps a small cold.

do you like my potato?

Have you been having the nausea and headaches since August, or recently? If it's recent it's unlikey to be side effects.
But yeah, you should talk about coming off of your meds with a doctor as they will need to monitor you.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…
you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.
