Same im on my lonesome, scared people will think im mad lol scared I am mad!ive come to realise I must have trust issues but then again it probable didnt help that the 1st and only person I told about this didnt speak to me again lol there goes the self pity again ive gotta stop it lol anyways if I cant help myself how can anyone else help me!
It's so sad some people get a lot of help and others have none... maybe this will be an eye opener that if you speak out you can get help :)
It is also important to realise that everyone needs different levels of help though. Some people have way more people involve in their care than others, but this is likely to be because they have more complex needs/need more support than the other person and doesn't neccessarily mean that the person with less help is recieving inadequate support. However, for those who think they might need some help and yet haven't sought any, then yes it is a useful exercise in pointing out what might be available to them.

I have a Connexions at my school where I speak to my school health nurse and she has got someone from PCHAMS to come to talk to me at school too, my friends who I occasionally talk to and of course everyone on RYL . It's nice to talk to a variety of people to get the best possible support and advice
No support, other than this site. One day I'll find the courage to do something about that. I keep thinking about making that doctor's appointment but then I get scared and just can't bring myself to do it. Pah
None. I don't trust anyone enough in the 'real world' to talk about it. I keep thinking that one day I'll get some help but, like Piskie, can't quite manage it.
i have only my woundlfull coculer and RYL where people are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 (=^-^=)

I'd like to add that you also need to consider location. From my knowledge, most people in the US need to track down a support network of psychologists and what have you on their own unless thier case is severe, and any health service is very expensive if you're uninsured. I'm not sure how it is elsewhere but it's just a thought.
all i have is this site. no professional help whatsoever.
i really wish i had found RYL so much earlier.
