Happy moment!
Yesterday I walked into town after school. I had been thinking I would go buy a new tool but I tried to make myself put it off by reading a good book over coffee. After I was done and ready to walk back to rehearsal, I ended up buying a new book that I really wanted with the money I was going to spend on tools. I'm not doing so well on the recovery front but I was pretty happy after managing to say no for the first time in a while.
That's all! Just thought I'd share.
