My mother came out with an odd quote yesterday "I don't mind gay men, I just don't like lesbians."
Now, I think she may have said that because some of the lezzzzbeans on the Island are a bit "raaaaarrrrr I'm going to eat your face." But I bet they're dead harmless.
Also, another one she came out with was "I don't mind gays, I just don't know if I could deal with you being one."
She does come out with some amusing things. I blame her age, bless her.
Think I'll probably miss out pride this year- I don't really feel I'm proud of being gay. Sure I've talked about it more openly-but to be honest, it sucks.
