Possibly Triggering - 3 months.
Well i am now 3 months free of self harm. I nearly didnt make it after having a panic attack last night, but i did. 
First panic attack ive ever had so kinda freaked me out though. And i didnt think i could reach 3 months with feeling really low lately. But im obviously stronger than i thought. 
YAY FOR ME
