see im not to fussy about people touching my bump - except on person at work, he literally makes my skin crawl, so i avoid him at all costs! - but it can get a bit overwhelming when people forget about you and just want to feel your belly! (dont know if that makes sense)

not got any hun, just calpol.
she was meant to get one for whooping cough and deptheria etc, and one for meningitis but we just had the meningitis one today as she was quite ill last time. she will get the other one in about 3 or 4 weeks. its the 3rd ones im worried about, theyr very sore

chlo's 3rd ones were the best so far - she just slept a lot. be sure to be stocked up on calpol coz between jabs n teething she's had a horrible temp since. mand x

tbh, you wouldn't just go and touch someone who isn't pregnant tummy, just because someone's pregnant doesn't give you the right to touch it. I hated anyone touching my tummy, people at work and that always used to try and touch it. It really used to **** me off. I was the only person who felt my daughter kick (obviously, if her father and me were still involved i would of let him, but he wasn't)
some people are okay with it, others aren't. It's that simple really.

Yeah, I've never been pregnant, but like, I'd be telling people to **** right off if they came up to me and started feeling my belly.

I think you have to remember that the girl that asked about the feeling of pregnant bellies was actually speaking about her cousin - who is family.
I mean, it's different if someone went up and GROPED someone's pregnant tummy, but if someone was to ask i'd have no problem in it.

I remember when i was working in a daycare, two identical twins Laura & Louise worked there (in there mid 20's). Laura was pregnant with her second, and me/her sister Louise (who was the manager of the baby room) and Laura sat in the baby room, suddenly her tummy just started moving like an Alien aha. Bare in mind i hadn't felt a pregnant tummy by this point so i found it all fascinating.

The next thing i know Louise & Laura were dragging my hands to her belly! I didn't even ask haha. She was all excited bless her.
I guess it depends, some women are quite confident & comfortable with there pregnant tummys, others are more self conscious!

It shouldn't make a difference whether they are family or not.
I'm not having a go at Laura, because there are so so many people out there who do just do it and don't ask, because they don't seem to realise that some people mind.

It depends how close they're in the family. I know my sister in law didn't mind me touching her tummy but she offered, or i asked.
I've never known of someone just going upto someone and touching there tummy without first asking!

If they ask/are offered, fine, but there are a lot of people out there who just put there hand out to touch your tummy.

though, i reckon it'll be hard, i can sometimes get her to nod her head, but mostly she bops and sways and swings her arms when dancing, and obviously, that wont do if she's to be a rocker kid.
