Hey Hun
You dont want to give in, I know that you dont. Have you tried our distraction page to keep your mind off of things (the link in my profile)? That really could help in a situation like this. My best advice would be think about tomorrow, or even a few days from now.. you dont want to be disappointed in yourself for giving in, you want to be proud of yourself for getting through it without resulting in self injury.
Take Care
x Kate

Awh. I am sorry that there have been a lot of triggers being apparent for you right now. It is in no way fun. Maybe try your best to not pay so much attention at looking to see if people self-harm. Focus on whatever you are doing or are going to do, instead of them.
I hope you don't give in to cutting. You always here that cutting just solves things temporarily but makes things worse in the long run. This is so very true. Do your best to be free.
*hugs*

You didn't **** up. You just had a bit of a relapse. I know everyone says that, but it is very true. And for certain being drunk doesn't help or make you feel any better. So I would say it was probably the alcohol that brought you down to the point of hurting yourself.
