That is not neccessarily a bad thing hunni.. it can either go two ways and that is bad or helpful/supportive...

I understand how having someone talk about you behind your back to someone, is very frightening. But you may not be sure if shes just gossiping to someone or maybe trying to find a way to help you. She may be frightened about your behavior, but maybe you can sit down and talk to her. See if she has any questions about it.
