Berni, it really is ok to ask for help in that way; i really can relate to what you're saying (trying not to bubble, how silly), you can still have a good experience in hospital.

My heart just needs his smile, that i can't forget, like so melancholy a kiss.
James & I are no longer together.
I have to pack all his stuff up and post it back to him.
Not stopped crying for the past hour.
And you know when you stop..then when you go to talk to someone (even if it's nothing whatsoever related to James) tears will sting my eyes again.
Not entirely sure how i'm going to get through this..heh.
Might not be on this thread for a while but i'll pop back to see how you're all doing.
I think it's best mentally (and emotionally) if i post occasionally on other boards when necessary..try and get through this. Try being the main word.
Thanks all for your support
I'll...hopefully be back soon..

I feel for you, i really do. Esmé was sleeping through at 4weeks, doing 10-6.
How often is Madeleine getting up during the night? and are you feeding her when she does awake?
She goes to bed around 7.30, then wakes around 11-12. Then she's up every 2-3 hours for a feed, and yes, I'm feeding her. I know I shouldn't, but she won't go back to sleep if I don't.
berni i am excited now!!! maybe baby wont be late after all!!!! good luck hunni and dont worry about going into hospital if you need to, my labour was tough but the birth was great in the hospital.
got credit?

calm hun, you will only make it worse. i really do understand how frustrating it is for you, but i would suggest calling the midwife and explaining that you are kind of at breaking point here and get her to examine you. my contractions were still irregular sometimes when i was in labour.

that sounded like i wasnt sure if you were in labour or not, i know you are in labour babe but they might be able to give you an indication of where you are at.

Is it bad that I thought it would be funny if you made your own slow labour thread? hehe
Well it breaks my heart to see you this way,
The beauty in life, where's it gone?
And somebody told me you were doing okay,
Somehow I guess they were wrong.
Thats the effect that vets has on me! I blame vets totally.
It sucks that warm baths have the opposite affect, theoretically the warmness should relax your muscles and the water should reduce pressure on your bum and back.
I know someone who was in labour for a long time and they finally had sex to see if that would work (it did )
