It's not a film (at least I don't think they made a film of it) but it's from a programme called Dinosaurs. I used to love it!

oh dear... don't worry i used to be afraid of chip buttys when i was younger... 
do u not even think the babys cute... i have to admit in the picture he looks quite ugly but in the program itself he's quite a cutie
