I loved super-ted and jimbo. I remember Charlie Chalk too, but he kind of bugged me. Me and my sister used to repeatedly sing the Jimbo theme tune. I always got into trouble because I was the loudest.

There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.

I still watch The Sooty Show, just sums up my childhood!

Anyone here remember Wowzer? I watched a few episodes of it as a kid, was a strange TV show.

Oh and anyone remember this too? I always got super excited for this part of the show and it would be when a lit up pen would write letters and such on a board, but I can't remember what it was called for the life of me! Was an education/learning show me thinks.
I think you may be on about a programme called 'words and pictures'.

Anyone collect this magazine? Each one came with a part to build a trex with a glow in the dark skeleton. Seriously, if anyone has any of these i would pay a good amount for them. All mine got chucked out when i moved house. Huge amount of sentimental value to me.

^ I remember that magazine, my Brother collected it and eventually built the T rex, I'm pretty sure it got lost during a house move though. Seems like there's a few copies floating around eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Dinosaur...item4600d65760

Does anyone remember Bangers and Mash?

No worries :) From a quick google search it would appear that there are a few sites that sell copies, there's a full set on this site going for around £120 http://www.partworks.co.uk/contents/en-uk/d151.html , there's even a facebook page for the magazine http://www.facebook.com/pages/Dinosa...55827927809475 I would imagine there would still be copies you can buy when you're able to. I remember reading all of my Brother's copies, brings back memories.

I have to stop reading this thread and googling old cartoons etc, it's making me feel terribly old

^ I remember all apart from Mike and Angelo, Super Gran and Interceptor.

I used to love Puddle Lane and Count Duckula especially.

Anyone remember Sharky and George? My Mom got my Brother and I two goldfish around the time Sharky and George was on television, he called his fish Sharky, I called mine Cooker for some reason. Naming pets after kitchen appliances makes me sound like an odd child :p

Glad that I was able to help. I loved Game Shows as a kid, in fact it still upsets me to this day that I was never allowed to go on Fun House because apparently (I remember them saying on CITV) they went to school to audition kids, and they never went to my school.

I remember Sharky and George. They were the crimebusters of the sea!

I remember T Bag. Well the original one (with the woman who plays Diane in Emmerdale) anyway not the later actress. I was going to say that but I forgot. It's available on DVD.

That was on CITV's Old School Weekend.
