I have just left hospital aftet 8 days in for infection. Whilst there i finally askedto see somone from the mental health team. They have now fully assessed me.

Scariest 2 hours of my life so far having to talk about everything in intense detail. Now being treated for:
Severe depression, severe anxiety disorder, PTSD, OCD and psychosis.

Good for you. I hope that you are on the mend re the infection. In both cases it requires time to allow your body to recover and to mentally process this new status.
A diagnosis is not an identity but how do you feel for having it now?
