I've been feeling so depressed recently...I had police threatening to section me a few weeks ago because I had overdosed in an attempt of suiicde and ever since ive been feeling more depressed than ever. I've self harmed a fair few times since and still always wanting to...my doctor is rude and doesn't understand anything and CAMHS is a load of rubbish...what do I do...


If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do, what I'm about to do today?
