As the others said, talking to your gp and then seeing a psych would be best.
In order to have a diagnosis of BPD you have to meet 5 of the 9 criteria and also they have to have a strong impact on your life. Like for example my displays of anger got me into trouble at school as I snapped in front of a teacher and made a scene and ran away etc.
if you feel you might need help or that you might have something, even if you can't self diagnose, you can talk to a psych, not necessarily telling them what you think you have but you can talk to them quite freely. They will be able to diagnose you so you can get the help you might need.
