A long hard night but no slip ups. I'm trying to feel good about it but I, well things are just hard right now.

I told My Friend about my SH. I showed him too. He understood! YAY! Go me!

Although she made me feel **** and said it was all my fault.
But like, I didn't play it down at all.

I've done the first 2 problems for my uni project that I've got to give in on Monday. Only 3 more and a summary to go... Baby steps indeed.

I told my parents that I haven't been doing so well, and made an emergency psych appointment, instead of just waiting for things to get unbearable like I usually would.

I made a docs appointment an went instead of just putting up with it and waiting to get worse.

Now im going back to sleep.

Im reviving this because i need it. My Psych has asked me to try and focus on the importance of the little things. I cant seem to aknowledge the little things, so by doing this then perhaps it will help. I hope so anyway.
