Well to put it simply i went to the doctors this morning and asked to be reffered to a counicllor told then showed them why
and suddenly they've managed to fit me in again this afternoon.
Im a bit worried
what are they going to do to me?

Do you mean the doctors have fitted you in again, or the councllers?

if its the doctors then they might just ring up the counsellors during the day and want another appointment with you later to explain the sitution kinda thing...though i could be wrong..

Whoever you have the appointment with obviously has taken your request seriously and realises that you are feeling really low. They must be worried about you and will only want to make sure that you get the support you need as soon as possible.
