Yes they are at the bottem of the page in the menber only sections, called meets (i think cant rember what its called, jus under the pic thread)

You can also make less than 10 posts if you've been a member for a certain amount of time, but I can't remember what the amount of time was.

Yes, they do

This measure is to prevent anyone from 'randomly' being able to join and access sensitive information about members before they have made their presence known, allowing all RYL's security systems to get what they need and ensure a much safer RYL.

This situation is of course only an issue for as long as old members who were used to meets etc on the old site. Anyone new coming to RYL won't know they are missing anything
