Something really creepy happened to me today.
So I was getting ready for class when I heard the door open and someone run down the stairs. My roommate Alex left for school already and my roommate Scott had left for work like a half hour before this. I figured it was probably Scott and he probably forgot something and ran in to grab it. So I went into the kitchen and the front door was wide open and when I looked outside, there were no other cars in the driveway. Only mine. So I shut the door and searched the house to see if anyone was there. There was no one. Creepy right?

That's cool! Maybe it was just somebody running out and didn't shut the door properly? Could any of your housemates answer what had happened?

At night I can hear footsteps in the loft... no one sleeps up there and we never leave the ladder down
Creepy though :S

anything stolen? sounds like a burglary? check if anything's missing and then call the police if there is.

nothing is missing. and i told my roommates and they weren't even near home. so it was just really creepy. like i was thinking maybe the wind opened the door but our door is practically impossible to push open. you need to use some force but i swear on my life that i heard someone run down the stairs.
haha. we were like GET THE CANDLES! GET THE WEEGEE BOARD! WERE GONNA PERFORM A SEANCE! And then we were like Oh no! We might have to call TAPS!

Did you see that Derren Brown programme about Ouija boards? It's amazing how much the mind can make you believe weird things are happening - when it's actually, yeah, just your mind.

i hate being on my own, or alone with chloe, it makes the house creak louder than usual.

Something like that happened to me when I was working Wednesday night. In the middle of the thunder and lightening we were finding torches in case the power went of and we heard a buzzer go off. When we checked it was three buzzers all in empty locked rooms, one of which the resident died a week ago. We ran into the rooms turned them off and straight back out again.

That's really creepy. And the fact that nothing was stolen, that kinda makes it even more creepy.
Could it have been a prank?
That's all my ideas.

I don't think it would be a prank. I don't know. It was just creepy. Haha.
