i feel like crying but i dont want to coz i have no reason..

Hun there doesn't always have to be a reason for crying, if you feel like crying then do so. Crying can also be very healing *hugs*

thanks kat, it just makes me feel weak and that im going backwards wen ive come sooo far.
i mean ive been doing so well for about a year now..and all of a sudden i feel overwhelmed and emotional
