mothers day advice needed
Right i just bought my mum a hoodie saying lifeguard on it
not reading delivery rates till after I bought it
it takes 10-14 days delivery
Any ideas on what i could to implement i have bought her the hoodie on sunday as she wont have anything to open.

Could you print her off a picture of the hoodie and write on the back something like 'this is on its way!' and put it into the card?
Or as others said, chocolates are normally appreciated!

make a nice big chocolate cake, or little fairy cakes. Perosnal, knows you thought about it, more likely to believe that you HAVE made the effort to get her a present in the first place *nods*

This!
I remember when we were little and my sister got a treehouse built for her birthday, however as it wasn't done till after the birthday mum drew a picture of one in her card.
And yeah just general pampering on the day, cook her a nice meal, bake her a cake or something and it'll more than make up for not immediately having a present.

I ordered my boyf something for his birthday before and it didn't get here in time so I gave him an IOU!!
Either just tell her it's on its way or gice her some small and say the main present has been delayed
