Sexual Health - Pelvic pain
Hey,
The last couple times i have exerscised over the last few weeks, i got this intense pain in the right side of my pelvis. It felt similar to the pains i get from cramping when i first start my period.
I actually thought that it wa the begining of my period as it is so irregular anything is possible but there was no blood. I just started my period yesterday and wondering whether the two are related or whether it is nothing to worry about.
The pain was quite severe, enough to make me want to stop training if my coach had not been yelling at me.
Sorry if this post is a waste of time

It could be cramps but it could also be something more severe like appendicitis (I think that's how you spell it... where your appendix gets swollen). If the pain is still there, or if it's getting worse, get it checked out by a doctor immediately! Just a warning though, if they think it may be that from feeling your stomach they may need to do an internal up your bum. That's not meant to discourage you, just when I had it I wasn't told and completely freaked. Wouldn't wish that on anyone. Could also be something quite different but they're the two things that spring to mind to me.

Maybe you've been training too hard. It ould be an un healed ijury r strain you're not letting heal. I'd sy go to the Dr's. Don't be worried about internals, if they do (Which i can't see it happening) you cn say no and come back another day when you're more prepared or something.
I'd say go to your Dr's an ask for a general check up, mentioning the pain.

And you might say its self-inflicted
But you see that's contradictive
Why on earth would anyone practice self destruction?

Maybe speack to your doctor, you might be damaging the tendons in that area. also make sure you warm up an cool down before you exercise as this can prevent some damge from occuring
