I hate them sometimes!

so yeah i REALLY need to go to the doctors here soon. Ive been having a issue with my body for the past few months. I just haven't been able to go because my dad has been switching jobs. So we haven't had insurances for over a good 5 months. Anyway today i woke up late because i could get to bed because if my issue and i asked them this morning when do we get insurance...Instantly my mom gets in to bitch mode and is like "See Phil once shes up she asked me 50 questions!".....I was like "mom it was only one and its the first time i have asked you this!?" She just rolled her eyes and looked away because she knew i was right. But yeah it took my dad a whole min to answer my question before he was like "2 more months why?"
I told him i really needed to go! They both just got really silent and then my dad just turned on his music and just ignored me....What ever! i swear i could be dieing and they could care less. Really i do need to go to the doctor but i was also hoping to go so i could talk to my doctor about my suicide thoughts and self harm....Well i guess im never going to get the chance....ugh....whatever im done trying to work with them on this....im under 18 anyway so i cant really do to much.

Hate is a strong word.. you should be careful.
I dont think from what youve said, your parents have done anything wrong. Your dad is probably feeling bad because he doesnt have insurance yet.

I dont know about the USA health care system, or whereabouts in Ohio you are, but i found this list of free clinics in your state.

is there a counsellor at your school you could talk to while you're waiting for insurance? or a teacher, youth worker, religious official etc that you feel comfortable with?

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm glad you want to go to the doctors to tell them about your suicidal thoughts and self-harm, that's a really positive step. Though while you're waiting to see the doctor, as already said, could you possibly talk to someone else who could help? xx

Not really i had to quiet school because it was to stressful for me and now im home everyday.
