i blocked him on msn :D
and deleted my bebo acount which is what he used to email me.
he can no longer contact me,
so he cant never sexually abuse me again

What u have done is totally amazing and an extremely difficult thing to achieve something that some people can never ever do, and uv achieved it!
When i first started talkin to u nearly a year ago, i knew u had the inner strength and i've always had the belief in u, sometimes ive been harsh but only because i knew u needed that wee push!

U have taken the first step to dealing with the flashbcks and the nightmares Rachel because you've removed the threat that was continuallly allowin them to come to the surface of ur mind! Now u can start the process of dealing with them, and it wil take time and it won't always be easy but u do have the strength to do it, i know that fro ur attitude, the effort that u put into things! Don't underestimate the enormity of what uv achieved bydoing this! Don't start to doubt yourself again xx
but the thing is craig he can still get to me he lives like a 20 minute train ride away he knows my mates hes mates with some of my mates it will never be over the only time it will be is when one of us dies.
Well if he's mates with some of ur so called mates hen dump those so called mates, because if they can't choose u over him then they aint worth knowing! If he tries anything at all, which he'd have to be pretty stupid to do then all you have to do is contact the police! Also theres nothing to say that he'll alays be living there or ull always be living where u are so i don't believe for a minute that it'll be an issue fr the rest of ur life!
