Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…

Efexor. No more. Thank God.

Now on - Mirtazapine, and Zopiclone [as needed from time to time].

Propranolol, but only when really desperate, because I don't really like it.

My treatment plan is minimum medication possible, and rather learning to manage my feelings through therapy.

Yeah they used it in the psych unit to help knock me out for a sleeping tablet as I was crying in my sleep.

I was on piriton and phenergan as a child, but for catarrh/sinus problems/nasal congestion. Not as psych meds.

Katie - Phenergen is actually a psych med, it was originally used as a mild anti psychotic before they figured out that it was much better anti emetic.

Well it breaks my heart to see you this way,
The beauty in life, where's it gone?
And somebody told me you were doing okay,
Somehow I guess they were wrong.

Yikes. Really?
Um.
That's not what I was told.
I still lay awake most of the night crying and needy and all those things. With not being able to breathe through my nose into the bargain.

I just read up on it. Not supposed to use for more than a week... I was on the stuff for years. Nasty sticky syrup.

Anyway...
