i dont really know what to do, i feel like im falling apart, i just dont want to exist anymore, i cant fall back into depression i just dont the energy or fight in me, i feel so so alone and all i can do is cry and cut. I dont want this anymore, i dont even think anything has made me feel like this, i want it to go away xx

thank you for your support, it means a lot to know there are people there. I dont know, i just feel so alone, like no one cares about me, i have friends and family but still i feel like i have no one and that im all alone, the new year has really upset me i think, i hate the idea that i have to do it all over again xx
