I have 13 letters that spell out a phrase. It was made up a long time ago so now I don't remember what it says! The letters are AEEIOOUNNPCT and either a W or an M. I think it might be disney related. Like a phrase from a disney song maybe? but I'm not sure. Can anyone come up with anything?
