Triggering (Abuse) - Can i talk too somebody ?
I'm not really sure how too word this.
I've been 20 months free now. I'm doing well but i'm still at a stage where i am trying too lay some old demons too rest.
I want too talk about something that happened too me that's been gnawing at me for months, but i'm not ready too talk about it publicly yet. I wondered if i could PM somebody that wouldn't mind listening.
It could be quite a triggering subject which is why i've labelled this thread in this way.
