Not feeling well (Girls only) ****may trig****

I am generally not feeling well in the physical sense. I have not had a period for 4 months now. I have pcos (poly cystic ovary syndrome) which means harder to become pregnant. I have been very tired lately and wondering when my TOM (time of month) would come. I just want it to happen but I can go months and months without having one.

Does anyone else have this problem???? I have done a pregnancy test in the last two weeks and it has come back negative. Sometimes I can feel something move but that could be anything. I am due to see the consultant again next month. Do you think I should phone them up.

Please support me through this as I dont know what is wrong with me.

hey,
im sorry youre going through this,i personally have no experience with pcos, but i have a couple of friends that do,so can kinda understand.

has anything stressful happened over the past few months,or has your mood changed?things like that......becuase even without pcos, females can lose periods for many reasons, not much help probably, but from that side, youre not alone.xx
if youre really worried, especially if youre feeling unwell, maybe try and bring your appointment forward,or see what the people at the hosp say,or go and speak to your gp?becuase it might turn out that its not pcos related?

i know i havent experienced this myself, but if you want to talk, feel free to pm me.

Thank you for replying snailonyalium. Yes I have had a stressful few months and yes my mood has changed from good to worse, and then back again.

I know mood swings is one of the symptoms with pcos.

I think i will try and ring the hospital up tomorrow and talk to the nurse there.

it could be a combination of all those things, but good on you for ringing the hospital.xx
hopefully if it is something they'll be able to sort it out,so to speak,or offer you more advice on what it could possibly be.
things like this are always worrying, but im glad youre going to speak to someone about it.
xx

Thanks everyone. Today I have been in a lot of pain again. I am on metformin which is meant to help me as well. But due to the side effects I have had to stop as it makes me run to the loo as soon as I take them.

I am not having a good day today. And if I have spoken to anyone on MSN and upset them I am very sorry and ask you to please forgive me.
