Triggering (Suicide) - Drowning inside

I am so scared because I dont trust myself right now, I feel very unsafe and I am having suicidal thoughts. My therapist told me to call her if this happened but I am afraid she will send me to the hospital again, help I dont know what to do.

I know its a very scarey thing to ring your therapist and tell her the way you feel but i really think it would be a good idea to ring her. She will be able to provide you with some support, which by the sounds of it you could really do with right now. You won't necessarily be sent to hospital either, that is usually a last resort. *Cuddles you gently* Do you have any idea of what it is thats making you feel so unsafe and suicidal? Please do ring your therapist i think you should she can help you if you dont she has no idea of what your going through ior how your feeling and therefore wont be able to help you but if you tell her she can help you. Usally they only send you to hospital if its extremly serious, if they believe your at risk or as Kat said as a last resort. How are you feeling? Did you manage to call your therapist? I know that ringing your therapist can be scary... but if you are feeling that bad... and she given you that opportunity then maybe you should take her up on it...

Maybe hospital will help to keep you safe right now...
