I am currently:

Psychiatrist thursday
So after a year of being under this Psychiatrist. I've only seen him once and that was last year. When i last saw him he gave me pills i still take and said he didn't want to see me again. But my gp sent him a letter saying not to discharge me so he didn't. And my gp said i was still under him. 5 weeks ago i saw my gp and he said he would send him a letter telling him to send me an appontment. So today i got an appointment though for thursday at 4:15pm. I'm happy but not happy about it. I can't talk about whats going on. And he don't really know me at all only a file on the table. i guess i'm just worried about it.

that is an attitude to be proud of! keep thinking like that
you are NOT a file on a table
you are a person and you need and deserve help and it is his JOB as both a fellow human being and a doctor to give it to you
maybe you can make a list or something of what you want to say and bring it with you so you dont forget?

that was sorta inappropriate though, saying that he never wanted to see you again? i cant figure out why he would say that? might as well give him the benefit of the doubt and let him have a chance to do right by you. if he treats you badly again though maybe you can let your gp know and get referred to somebody more competent because you deserve better
