Complex Needs service

Has anyone been to this type of therapy? How has it been for you and what is it like?
I got reffered after a bit of a relapse episode (not SH but PTSD and Borderline) and im nervous because whilst ive been to therapy quite a few times, ive quit before the therapy has ended, and been all like IM FINE SERIOUSLY AHEHEH...
But i need to take it seriously now. I cant keep pretending to myself that i am well, i have to work towards it and get it sorted!
Thanks,
xxxx

Found you these, having seen your location on profile:

and

I guess my previous post is a bit redundant now, but I thought I'd leave it for anyone else looking into services.

Mentalisation and DBT are meant to be great for BPD.
