I can only speak English, although I can understand a bit of French, German and Flemish.
My dad's mum was from Wales, and the Welsh accent still really touches a soft spot for me.
After growing up in South London/Kent and going to uni in the Midlands, I lived in North Kent for 8 years, and picked up more of a London accent there than since I've moved to London!!!! Teaching kids on the roughest estate in Chatham kind of does it for you! Since I've been in London [past 8 years] though any accent trace has faded.
I don't actually like the 'London accent'. Maybe because it reminds me of my dad when he was in his rages.
I love French.
I miss hearing people talk in Welsh when I'm at uni I speak to a couple of my friends in it on the phone or when they text/email me or whatever, but it's not the same.
Scottish accent's a winner for me, because my WHOLE family's Scottish,so it's just kinda cute really.
"Watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it."
Ozzzzy & Irrriissssh are THE accents.
I also like a bit of Manc/Northern accent.
Language wise none make me really that fussed?
"Be nice. Think happy thoughts. Champion silver linings. Love all things (not just cute things like babies and kittens) & when you do love - love like they do in power ballads (you know like on a cliff with the wind in your hair and your eyes shut, knowing you'll never know love like this). Watch out for dog poo. Smile at people - even grumpy ones. Remember anything is possible & whatever you do always try to look on the bright side."

If only you'd ever speak to me
the way you once did
look at me the way you once did
pull to me the way you once did
but you don't
you don't feel anymore
you don't care anymore
it's all gone
it's all gone
[center]" I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside."
I hate the glasweigen accent, and the whole ned (chav) talk.
pitty i have it tho
Me too! I hate the whiney Glaswegian accents (mine) and because I went to school with sooo many neds, I keep slipping random horrible neddy words into conversation by mistake.
I like the way Pete Doherty talks
I love Northen Irish and London accents.
xo
I don't know what my favourite would be.
Northern Irish one's are quite appealing, as are some British.
Along with quite a few others.
My favourite language (though I have a love-hate relationship with it) is probably Irish, just 'cos.
