counfused and oh so fed up :(

so counfused in my life...
where to go and what to do i dont know!
im trying to keep myself focused on the future but all i can see is the cutting and that.
i feel that i want to go back to that and cut all my problems away
it feels like it works but then iv got my james... and i cant let him down not now iv got so far....
ad ahhh its just so ahhhhh where do i go....
cutting feels like it would work but my james and ahhhh yeh

Well seeing that you haven't cut since March simply proves that you can stay strong and pull through this.
Just have James as an inspiration the whole way through - kind of like something to fight for.
Try to take each day as it comes

Hello there im so sorry to hera that your struggling right now and im sorry for the pain thast your going through. You can get through this i know you can. I know its hard to beat ther urges but you can do this. You have done so well you have come such a long way. Please dont give up please keep fighting through this. We are all here for you to support you through this difficult time and we all care about you so much. Its brlliant to hear that you havent cut since March that is excellent. please keep it up, im im so proud of you i really am. Well done! Please keep talking to us and posting ok. I know its hard but you can get through this. Yes you are doing the right thing. your doing really well and things might not be excellent now but everything will be ok soon no body knows when but things wont always be like this.
