Even if you just take it day-by-day, focus on one small step at a time, and aim for small goals. Please do talk to people around you; sharing what you are going through can help, and help you to keep safe.

Hello there i know its hard but please please hang on please dont do anything to hurt yourself. Please dont give up please please dont give up. I know you can get through this. Things wont always be like this things will get better you have so much to look forward to you have such a great future ahead of you.

Please dont do anything that cant be changed nobody here at ryl wants to loose you to this we really dont. We all care about you so much. We are all here for you through this difficult time. But you can do this i know you can. Please hang in sweety. Could you maybe talk to us about whats made you so low? Whats happening sweety? Im sorry that things have got this bad for you. Have you got no one else that you can talk to?

Sorry for this post - if you didn't see anything else I posted last night, I was pretty drunk and not exactly thinking clearly. I'm fine now. And I'm about to take my computer in to be fixed, so I might be disappearing for a few days, but it'll just be because I don't have a computer, so don't worry about me.
