Panic button

Where is the freaking panic button? I'm trying to get to know this site better even though no on really uses it. Hopefully this site gets the attention it deserves (again). From what I could tell this site was getting a lot of attention a while ago.. I wouldn't know I just discovered this site a 2 weeks ago. I am -however - going to tell my friends about this site.

If you click on quick links, then member control panel. Under settings and options, click on edit options. Then you scroll down to where you can turn the panic button on/off and choose where it takes you. Then make sure you hit save changes once you've turned it on and set your site and it should show up.
