Lying to a&e

Basically I ended up in a&e after collapsing on the street due to relapsing again after three weeks. Ambulance was called that obviously drove me to a&e where they checked me over and sent me home. The doctor asked me if I had done anything to hurt myself and I answered no just because I wanted to avoid the raid team. Got discharged really quick and I'm back home now but no I feel so guilty for lying to the doctors in a&e for not telling them the real reason why I collapsed.. So now I don't know if I should call the raid team and confess what I was actually up to or keep trying to push it under the rug..

Calling them and getting some extra support sounds like a good idea. I hope you manage to do that.

It's always best to be honest because it means you'll get the support you need. If you don't mention it then you may continue to feel worse and worse with no extra help.

Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…
