aww heck I slipped up

I dont know what I want from this post but yeah I slipped up big time ruined a perfect canvas for my tattoo on my leg its goin to take ages to heal and even longer for it to be tattooed on... after nearly a year self harm free this happens... I dunno :( im stuck...

I'm sorry you slipped up... but don't stress about it! Relapse happens in recovery! Congratulations on almost a year! That's a big achievement! This relapse doesn't ruin that year; it's still there. I hope things get better for you soon *hugs*

As above, don't beat yourself up about slipping up - slip-ups are part of recovery, otherwise there wouldn't be a need to recover! A year is a brilliant amount of time to have been free for, and you can do that again.

What's going on to make you feel stuck at the moment?

i dont really know my AD are working i think its maybe the voice in my head or even the robot its all getting too much again i got really anxious and fidgety then i went to my dark place and ended up doing it again i suppose it was like a fizzy drink and a cork because i feel a little better again :) it comes in waves i managed to skip it all this morning that was good :) thanks for the replies and support its all very much appreciated xxxx

bless you darling you have done a year though which is great so hard to get to so i no you can do this again, as you said that it was a slip up so try not to dwell on it and just try your best
