Craving pills and alcohol! Help!?!

I've took overdoses before and I've started to get suicidal again. Unfortunately all the tablets in my house have been hidden by my mum. I'm really craving tablets. It's driving me crazy! I just need to feel a tablet go down my throat!
Also I have been craving alcohol. It's mostly when I'm really low. Even in the morning I just feel like I need a drink! I just need it but again it's all been hidden.
Don't know what to do! I literally really need pills and alcohol I get do worked up about the cravings. Buy I'm too afraid to tell my mum because it's kind of embarrassing being 16 and craving pills and alcohol. It could be because I'm having a really bad time with the depression. I selfharm but that's not enough anymore. I've been doing it for so long it just doesn't seem to give off the same effects as it used to. I tend to lose control when I selfharm and it's getting deeper and deeper and sometimes it scares me because I don't think I'll be able to stop.

I stop the cravings? I don't want to tell my psychologist because I don't think it's anything serious.

What do you feel you would get out of using pills and alcohol?

Cravings are hard to deal with but it can help to keep yourself busy with distractions so your mind is occupied.

It's great that you can identify those reasons.

It might help to explore other ways that could help reduce your anxiety. Has anything helped in the past with that?

It's good you can identify these reasons.

What causes your anxiety? What triggers are there for it?

It might help to identify them and try to work on how to control the triggers.

I think this is something worth talking to your Psych about it.

It's the ups and downs of living life this way. Promise me you'll never go away. Just stay with me through one more night because it's always darkest before the light and now I promise you I'll never turn away. I won't let you give us one less heart to break...

Yeah. Nothing has helped in the past except for avoiding any social situations which wasn't ideal since doing that seemed to have made so much harder to even leave the house. The thought of having to be in a room full of people, going out on my own, having to talk to someone on the phone and stuff like that seem to trigger it.

alcohol

you are only 16, & got a life ahead of you, it's difficult to know what to say, you want alcohol but do you really need it?! Will you go crazy if you don't have alcohol? It's something you should think about.

I drink too, but I'm seeing a hypnotherapist, it seems to lessen my urge to drink, tbh the hypnotherapy on-line for free is about as good as her, try it out.

I think therefore I ambient.
