I understand feeling so overwhelmed by your own thoughts and feelings that when someone genuinely asks you what's wrong you cannot fathom how to even answer. But if you're going to get through this you're going to have to understand what you're feeling then you can maybe begin to understand why you're feeling that way to and help yourself to learn how to stop feeling so negatively.
http://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/stopp.htm here's a fantastic little acronym to help you learn how to understand what and why you're feeling the way you do. What is it that makes you think you're suffering from delusions? Do you find yourself questioning your own actions often? I suffer from incredibly lucid and vivid dreams so I often find myself confused as to what events actually occurred the day before. I try not to stress out about it, I drink a glass of water and logically think through everything that could've happened -did I break up with my boyfriend? Did I arrive late to work and get in trouble?- often times I'll find that almost EVERYTHING I am confused about DIDN'T happen. But that's what works for me, and maybe it's different for you. If it is stressing you out, I suggest going to see a doctor who might be able to offer better PROFESSIONAL advice that I simply can't. Safe safe
