Super awkward
Errmm well this is really awkward for me and I don't even know if anyone will even read this or whatnot or maybe just think I'm a complete idiot but basically I am a girl and well I've never spoke about this really to anyone because there's never really been anyone I felt I could talk to but I guess I might as well give it a go now, basically I think I'm bi, well I'm pretty sure I am but I just don't want to be, I'm not homophobic at all its just the people in my life wouldn't be very excepting of it if I was. It's complicated but I'm just confused and kinda freaked out to be honest, it's not like this is some sort of new revelation for me or anything it's just I've never spoke about it so I'm a little apprehensive to people's reactions.

I don't think anyone here is going to react in a way you need to be bothered about.
I've been in a relationship with a girl for nearly 5 years. My friends know, my family don't, but it works. As long as your happy.

Thanks, yea that's a good point it's just hard to come to terms with especially as I don't know anyone else who isn't straight but yea, thank you :)

^ There are plenty of us here!
Well done for taking the step to 'come out' as it were - even if only online to a group of strangers. It's a really good start. :)
I'm sorry that you feel that a lot of people wouldn't accept you for it - perhaps you could start a thread in GSA to talk about it further, as you might get more in-depth replies there. :)
Take care. x

I hate that I'm Bisexua\l too (I state that I'm 'not straight' rather than admit it, and that's only to a select few)
But take it from me, it's a hell of a lot easier to be open about who and what you are, than try and hide it and squish it up and live a lie.
Be open. Be free. Be Happy.

I just try to avoid the topic all together but I think my best friend has her suspicions, thanks for the advice though, I just wish it was easier to accept that part of who I am :)

Hey I know how you feel. My family wouldn't be accepting either (I'm "kind of" bi, sometimes) and that's hurtful. But you can't help who or what you are. You should get plenty of support with this on here. Good luck!
