It can take some people many months past regaining weight to have their periods return.
It took me about 6 months, and even since then they have been irregular, though this could be because I have a contraceptive implant in my arm.
Binge/restricting means that your body is still experiancing times of starvation, and will not allow any extra processes in the body to occur such as periods.
I wouldn't expect them to come back if you are still engaging in ED behaviours and for that reason, can you think of what might help you to eat healthily, and regularly?
Do you have any professional support in real life who you could ask advice from?
Well done on the restoring weight side of things, it will certainly be easier to tackle the binge/restrict behaviours now that your body is not so underweight. Of course most people have a natural set point weight, and being 'just inside' the healthy weight catagory may not be where you need to be. I found once I let go of restricting and binging, my weight went up a little more, but it stayed where it was comfortable and I no longer binge restrict. That little bit of weight gain, for me, was worth it when I was able to not binge restrict and be emotionally wrecked because of the cycles of under and over eating.
Try and set meal times and snack times and don't let yourself get over hungry, because your body is still aware it may go into starvation at any point, it will be hard to abstain from eating far too much.
Trust your body, eating regularly will not result in 'getting fat'. My old dietician said to never let yourself go more than 3 waking hours without either a meal or snack. She therefore advocated 3 meals, with 3 snacks inbetween.
