I know I asked this before, but I got really nervous so I deleted the thread.

So I finally found the name of the clinic, (It's the University of Minnesota Youth Psychosis Clinic) and, I'm supposed to be going there soon to do some testing for schizophrenia/schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Their website gave me some good information about how long the assessment should take and the different types of things we'll go over, but I would like to know what sort of things they'll be asking so I can prepare, y'know? I'm already diagnosed with psychosis, but my therapist wants me to go the this clinic because they specialize in schizophrenia spectrum disorders.

Has anyone else done psychosis testing? And what exactly should I expect? Like, will there be any drawing testing or any writing I'll need to do?

when i was tested for schizophrenia, they asked a whole bunch of questions, i saw a physiotherapist, as well as an ergotherapist and a psychologist. the questions were asked by a psychiatrist. i didnt need to draw anything or write anything down. the psychiatrist did the writing. it takes a lot of time and can be pretty rough, so try not to plan anything for the rest of the day as you are likely to need rest. i dont know if it is the same procedure where you are but this is what i had to go through to be diagnosed with schizophrenia.
