I am currently:
Need to cut so bad

Really really really need to cut, my head is spinning and i am losing controll and i cant get on chat to talk it out and shitty bastard internet keeps cutting out whenever i can get on chat, and **** it all

i really need help, i thought i was stronger then this and i thought i could handle this ubt i cant

I am currently:

my tv and dvds are all in the livingroom which doubles up as the kitchen (being a flat) and i dont want to go into the kitchen cos all my tools are there

dont wanna risk it, bad idea.

just wanna curl up and fade away and it be tomorrow and be ok

got anything in the room that you're in? even a pencil and paper for drawing could be useful

either that or you could try to sleep it off - that's what I do with really difficult feelings

I am currently:

Something that helps me when I feel completely out of control is yelling. Just grabbing your pillow and screaming as loud as you can anything you need to get out. it's not the best for your voice but it does relieve some stress. I hope that helps! Stay strong! <3
