This is the video of a youtube whisperer--if you don't know what whispering is, you should look it up! It's basically like a massage...only through sound :) it's really cool, and i feel like it has potential to help a lot of people. Please watch this one I found, it's soo calming and this lady talks about things that are really helpful...she is just great. just listen to her. I'm posting this hoping it will help at least one person...that would be great :)
