I haven't cut in 2 days now, and I'm really proud of myself, but everything inside me is telling me to cut. I don't have much support cause my parents could care less, I'm to scared to tell my boyfriend and I told my best friend and lost her. I don't know what to do. What's the harm in 1 little cut?? :(

The harm in one little cut is one more cut, then another deeper one, and eventually, you'll be right back where you started.
You could confide in your boyfriend if you want and just keep in mind that if he loves you, he'll love ALL of you.. even your imperfections.
Also, if your best friend left you after you told her, that's her loss.. not your's. She wasn't really a friend if she couldn't stick around to help you when you needed her most.
I'm really proud of you for these 2 days. Keep looking up and keep moving forward. (:

how are you doing today?

do you have any idea of what is causing this urge? if you do, see if you can manage it and get what you need in a different, positive, way.

maybe it would help to make a list of reasons you want to quit, so that you can look at it and get some motivation when you're feeling unsafe.
