TRIGGING self harm
Hello im really stuggling and trying to stop myself from self harming as i know the way im feeling i could keep going till i destroy myself i worked in group today i think thats set somthing of also tommrow my therpist said we could do some anger work with judo mats im scared of my anger and showing it i belilve its not ok and i can become very danagous when i get angry i dont want to hurt anyone else just myself i know once i had that bit of release from self harm im going keep going after it just like a buz and high from drugs im dont like the way my minds being and the blade is right next to me ready. im sorry if this is to much please let me know i take it of x

How did you cope last night? How are things today? I think talking to your therapist about the anger is a great start.

anger isn't a bad thing.... you can respond and act it out in negative or harmful ways. but anger itself is a normal emotion that everyone has.
how are you doing?

you sound like me. blades sat in front of you is very tempting right?
hide em away. sometimes works. i get that high and i find i cut more when i've done drugs or drunk. definately a self hatred/guilt link there.
how you getting on?
