I do agree with the above, Good Job for going for three months. I am wondering what is going on for you to made you want to hurt yourself? What coping skills and techniques did you replace your SI with? It is important that we have other coping strategies in place to help else deal with the triggers and urges to hurt ourselves. What works for you, perhaps making a list of what you find helpful, and write them down so you can visually seem and can look at them when you feel like you are going cut would be possible. Writing, listening to music, drawing on ourselves with marker, punching a pillow or something equally as soft, excerising, talking to others, holding ice in our hands until it's completely melted, snapping elastic bands, are just a few suggestions that I can rhyme off the top of my head, but there are plenty of others...
Slipping up is just that darling, a slip up, we can't punish ourselves for only being human. Don't beat your self up for this, you have SI free more months before, you can do it again.
Please take care of yourself, know that RYL is here if you need anything.
Stay safe.
