and I am soooo scared. The wound is fine now... it doesnt need to be cut out and restitched it is FINE??

urges to hurt me are so strong right now and I do not know how to handle them anymore

but I cant do anything can I? Not until I see the surgeon at least right?

cuz it feels like my life is falling apart before my very eyes and I just cant take it anymore... I dont know how to take it anymore...

You're right hun. You can't do anything. You need to wait n let the surgeon check it out. Instead of hurting yourself, do something nice for yourself. Take a long relaxing bubble bath(no blades)with music n maybe a candle. Eat or drink somethin yummy n soothing. Read a book. Anything that relaxes you n makes you feel special!

get the wound cut out and restitched on the 10th march

I want to drink so badly right now and cut. I just want these thoughts/urges to stop and go away. I dont want to fight them anymore
