I just finished reading (not baking, just reading) Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day

I'm assuming right that its a recipe book you read? I love grain and sour dough breads.

I learned how to make bread was I was training to be a chef ,and I found it one of the most difficult things of all pastry.I couldnt get the rolls all the same size.if you are making a loaf ,its easier.But the proving is what makes it work out in the end ,plus the shaping.Good luck with it in a domestic kitchen!
